A few good
questions.
How do I get an estimate?+
Send the form below or call Charlie. Share your city, scope, budget range and preferred timing. We review the fit, then discuss a site visit and a written estimate.
Can I choose and supply my own materials?+
Yes. Labor-only arrangements with owner-supplied materials can be discussed. The written scope will clarify who supplies each item and what pickup or coordination is included.
What affects the cost of a renovation?+
Existing conditions, the layout, demolition, material choices and the scope all matter. Plumbing or electrical changes and concealed repairs can affect pricing. A project-specific estimate is more useful than a blanket price per square foot.
How are permits and changes handled?+
Permit responsibilities and any applicable fees are identified in the agreed scope. If you request a change or we find concealed conditions, we discuss the work and pricing before proceeding.
Do you offer design services?+
We can discuss practical options as part of planning the work. Detailed design or layout development, when needed, is scoped separately after we agree on project pricing.
Can we discuss my project in Chinese?+
Yes. You can discuss your project with Charlie in English or Chinese. 中文沟通也可以。
